_New Louis Vuitton Store Approved

Collie recently assisted Louis Vuitton in obtaining the relevant planning approvals for its proposed new store located in a ground floor tenancy along Russell Street in the Melbourne CBD. 

The new store is located two blocks south of the existing flagship store situated on the corner of Collins and Russell Street and will serve as the temporary retail base while the renovation and expansion of the existing location is completed. 

Collie worked with Melbourne based architects Arkhe Tekhne in seeking the various approvals required for the proposed internal works, externals works and new marketing signs. 

Collie is pleased that the planning approvals have been issued for the temporary store and continues to provide planning assistance with the proposed upgrades to the existing flagship store.
