_Warragul Activity Centre Construction Update

You may recall that Collie assisted Coles in obtaining planning approval in the form of a planning permit for a new neighbourhood activity centre development in Warragul. 

The approved development will form part of the larger future Lillico Neighbourhood Activity Centre which will service the growing Warragul community.

Key features of the project include:

• a full line Coles supermarket comprising a floor area of 3,908 square metres;
• a number of retail specialty stores and a Liquorland;
• a separate ‘click and collect’ area;
• a large community art wall;
• the required number of car parking spaces included covered and electrical vehicle spaces.

Since the issue of permit in May 2025, development of the project has progressed significantly as evident in the aerial below.
