_The Reserve Keeps Growing

Collie previously assisted ID_Land in obtaining several planning approvals for its masterplanned community known as ‘The Reserve’ in Charlemont, Armstrong Creek – a major growth area south of Geelong.

Since the issue of the first permit in July 2022, Collie has provided continuing planning assistance with various matters, including most recently an amendment to permit application.  The application was required to enable the development of medium density dwellings on lots affected by an Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO), which extended beyond the adjacent conservation area.  The townhouses on the affected lots will either front or side onto the conservation reserve and local park and will be delivered by Shape Homes. 

As evidenced below, the development at the reserve is progressing quickly with Stage 8 expected to reach completion next month.
