_Final Stages on the Horizon

You may recall that Collie assisted Stockland in obtaining a planning permit for its ‘Halycon Horizon’ residential village on Horseshoe Bend Road in the Armstrong Creek growth area to the south of Geelong. 

Since the issue of the permit in December 2022, development of the residential village has progressed significantly and is in its final stage of dwellings currently under construction. 

The large central clubhouse facility and most of the 234 dwellings have been delivered and are occupied, with the remaining dwellings set to be completed by late 2027.
