_A new chapter for Kensington Palace

Collie recently assisted a client with planning investigations as part of its due diligence relating to the successful purchase of the site known as the ‘Kensington Palace’ in Kensington, NSW. 

The Collie investigations centered around the sites previous / current uses associated with the Menzies Art Brand for an art gallery and auction house, as well as separate office and commercial tenancies.

The site is identified as being of local heritage significance given it is the former administrative building for WD and HO Wills, Raleigh Park and for being a fine example of Georgian Revival architecture that remains largely unaltered. 

We look forward to our client occupying the site for their intended use with a view to providing a further update in due course.
