_Subdivision Application Approved at Epping

Collie has assisted Land Group WA with an application to vary a subdivision plan for land abutting Koukoura Drive Epping, to create about 70 lots and a local park. 

The revised plan included removal of a laneway and its replacement of abutting rear-access lots, the re-design of some lots and some re-orienting of lots to provide improved aspects.  Collie assisted in negotiating the positive outcome with Whittlesea City Council officers.
