_PROGRESS ON ARMSTRONG CREEK SOUTH PRECINCT STRUCTURE PLAN

Amendment C301 to the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme proposes the introduction of the Armstrong Creek South Precinct Structure Plan (ACSPSP) over land on Barwon Heads Road Geelong immediately south of the approved Armstrong Creek East Precinct Structure Plan area.

The amendment has now completed the stages of exhibition, panel hearing and submission of the panel report – with a positive recommendation.  It is now in the post panel assessment process.
