_new knox project

Congratulations to Development Victoria on the recent rezoning of its land at 621 Burwood Highway, Knoxfield.  Collie has appreciated being part of the project team which has secured the rezoning.

The land is a significant parcel (approximately 19 hectares) on the edge of the Knox Activity Centre, with frontages to Burwood Highway and Scoresby Road, Knoxfield.

The rezoning has a number of interesting aspects including a comprehensive development zone, the incorporation for the first time of the small lot housing zone provisions in a non-growth area and potential for significant new wetlands to elevate and a number problems in the area.
