Collie landscape recently assisted the client in obtaining approval for the development of a four-storey apartment building in Bent Street, Bentleigh.

At the town planning permit application stage, Collie prepared the landscape concept plan identifying the landscaped areas and showing indicative landscape treatments and plantings for the ground level spaces around the building, the balcony edges at the upper levels and roof garden space.

In order to comply with landscape related town planning permit conditions, Collie prepared the landscape plan package comprising the landscape plan [showing the proposed landscaped areas and specifying where proposed plant species would be located], and the plant schedule [providing botanical and common names, as well as planted size, mature size, density and number of plants proposed].
