_Wandong Subdivision Approval
Collie has been assisting the client with various subdivision permit applications in Wandong, Victoria. The latest relates to an amended planning permit issued this week, which varied a road proposal from rural to urban standard and changed its alignment, redesigned property boundaries as a consequence and to improve building envelopes, varied native vegetation outcomes and added a new Freeway drainage easement.
Issues addressed included acoustic treatment to ensure future dwelling occupiers were not affected adversely by Freeway noise, ensuring an acceptable road connection onto a TRZ2 main road and avoiding / minimising / offsetting of native vegetation removal.
