_ANOTHER LAND LEASE COMMUNITY EARMARKED FOR ARMSTRONG CREEK

Collie recently assisted our client with town planning investigations as part of its due diligence relating to the successful purchase of land in the Armstrong Creek East Precinct Structure Plan (ACEPSP) area.

Our investigations centred around the subject land being developed primarily for the purpose of a land lease community (LLC) for over 50s with some larger more conventional residential lots adjacent to the LLC also being considered.  In addition to the extensive clubhouse facilities, it is anticipated that the LLC will comprise approximately 350 individual living units. 

The LLC will be well serviced by the clubhouse offering as well as future nearby areas of public open space, the Warralily Village Shopping Centre on Barwon Heads Road and its proximity to the Geelong CBD.

We look forward to the project proceeding to the planning permit application phase with a view to providing a further update in due course.
