_Halcyon Highlands Construction Update

You may recall that Collie assisted Stockland in obtaining town planning approval in the form of a planning permit for its ‘Halcyon Highlands’ residential village along Craigieburn Road in Mickleham, within the award winning Highlands Masterplanned Community. 

Since the issue of the permit in October 2023, Collie has been providing ongoing town planning assistance with satisfying conditions of the permit and development of the residential village has progressed significantly, with the first round of occupancy permits for the homes in stage 1 expected to be issued imminently. 

As shown in the image below, the sales office is fully constructed and a number of dwellings are nearing completion.
