_Expansion to Lyra

Collie assisted Stockland with obtaining town planning approval for the residential subdivision of land within the Lockerbie North Precinct Structure Plan area.  The approved subdivision, represents an expansion to its growing masterplanned community known as ‘Lyra’. 

The approved subdivision comprises:

• 654 lots with a mix of conventional and medium densities;
• significant areas of open space in the form of a large active open space (8 hectares), a passive open space and cultural heritage sites;
• a drainage reserve. 

Collie prepared the town planning permit application package and worked closely with the project team to satisfy Mitchell City Council and Melbourne Water requests for further information, which culminated in the issue of the planning permit. 

Collie looks forward to development of the project commencing and its contributions to the Lyra community.
