_CASCADE TERRACE TOWN HOMES – HIGHLANDS

Collie recently assisted Stockland and Town Living to obtain planning approval for the development of 71 town homes at Cascade Terrace in Highlands, Craigieburn.

Cascade Terrace is located directly to the north of Highlands Lake within proximity to the Highlands Sales and Information centre.

The development is a joint venture between Stockland and Town Living and will comprise a mix of two and three bedrooms dwellings.  All town homes will be double storey with dwellings in the southern portion of the site oriented to take advantage of views to the Lake and areas of public open space provided along the waterfront.

It is expected that the town homes will attract small families, couples and those wishing to downsize and will contribute to providing a diversity of housing types in Highlands.
