Collie assisted a high-end Danish consumer electronics company, to obtain town planning approval for its retail store at 33 Russell Street, Melbourne.

The proposal included alterations to part of the ground floor façade of the existing building and the display of advertising signs.

The Collie role included:

  • an assessment of the proposal against the Melbourne Planning Scheme and other relevant planning documents and policies to identify the requirements and any issues;
  • review of town planning drawings;
  • preparation of the written town planning documentation.
