Collie has assisted ID_Land in obtaining planning approval for the subdivision and development of the southern precinct being the first stage of four stages to be developed at Elements. The southern precinct will deliver 609 lots, which will provide a range of dwelling types including some medium density housing. The subdivision will also provide areas of recreational public open space.

In order to assist ID_Land in the marketing of Elements, Collie also obtained a planning permit for a display village, which included preparing the display village application plan and applying for associated advertising signs.

Some of the key tasks Collie has assisted with to date include:

  • representing ID_Land as the town planning consultant at the Planning Panel hearing for the rezoning of the land to allow residential development;
  • preparation of a town planning permit application to allow for the subdivision and development of the southern precinct;
  • preparing a memorandum of common provisions to control siting and built form for dwellings to achieve a character for Elements desired by ID_Land;
  • preparation of a town planning permit application for a display village;
  • preparation of a town planning permit application applying for advertising signs.
