_Highlands SP20C
Collie assisted the client in obtaining town planning approval at ‘Highlands’ in Craigieburn for the subdivision of land known as ‘Subdivision Plan 20c’ (SP20c). SP20c will be the newest addition to this extensive and successful development.
The approved subdivision comprises over 560 lots with a mix of conventional and medium densities. SP20c will also contain an area of regional open space, which in addition to providing wetlands and recreational facilities, will feature the Mickleham Homestead heritage site.
SP20c is also located in proximity to a future neighbourhood activity centre and a large area of open space intended to be developed for sporting facilities. Future schools and sporting ovals are also proposed in the nearby surrounding area.
As part of the town planning services, Collie liaised with several authorities including Heritage Victoria, Melbourne Water and Hume City Council, as well as the wider consultant team to obtain planning approval for the subdivision.
Sales have commenced and Collie looks forward to the development of this new part of Highlands.
