Collie is working with Pomeroy Pacific on behalf of Viapac Australia Pty Ltd to ensure compliance with the town planning permit issued by Hobsons Bay City Council [Council] at the direction of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal in 2014, with various conditions relating to buildings and works for 39 residential dwellings at The Mill [6 Paine Street, Newport]. The Mill is a combination of villas and townhouses in historical Newport located in close proximity to public transport.
The Collie role includes:
- proactive liaison with Council to monitor the endorsement of a number of plans and documents required to be submitted to Council for approval before construction can commence;
- preparation and lodgement of an extension of time request with Council;
- coordination of a significant secondary consent application to amend the original plans.
