_Woodend Residential Village

Collie assisted the client in providing town planning advice for a residential village in Woodend.

The Collie role included advising on the existing town planning approval for the site and preparing and submitting a new planning permit application applying for the extension of the village.    

In addition to our town planning role, we coordinated and managed the preparation of expert reports by the consultant team to support the town planning application.

Some of the key features of the proposed village include:

• 225 individual living units;
• a clubhouse building including a gymnasium, indoor pool, golf simulator, ten pin bowling alley and cinema;
• large areas of open space for conservation purposes;
• proximity to the Woodend town centre.
